Road Traffic Offence Codes

We have created a guide to Road Traffic Offence Codes. It can sometimes be difficult to tell with what offence you have been charged. Further, you will want to know what the potential penalties might be as soon as possible. Try looking at the table below. If you have received a fixed penatly notice, the offence code should be on the ticket (although a new set of police codes are sometimes used, to which we have not had access at the moment).

No matter the driving offence, Richard Wood has years of experience specialising in the areas of Crime and Motoring Law. Click here to find more about how we can help you.
